The definition of ‘working’ is as follows:
- The machine turns on and boots to start-up screen using on / off button.

- Once the machine has been started via the above method it is fully functional for all purposes for which it was originally designed to be used.
- There are no cracks to the gadget. For cameras there must be no scratches to the lens / screen. If an item is cracked or smashed a revised offer will be made.
- All batteries provided to make the machine fully functional beyond the immediate term must be included along with all accessories required for normal use.
- For all machines with internal batteries that are not easily replaceable by a novice user, the stand by battery life must be a minimum of 24 hours.
- For all machines with internal batteries that are not easily replaceable by a novice user, the active battery life must be a minimum of three hours.
- The machine must have no water damage.
- The machine must have no damage whatsoever beyond general wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to: no dead pixels, no screen bleeding, touch screen fully operational, manufacturing seal not tampered with. If you are still unsure of what constitutes general wear and tear and whether any damage to your machine falls within these bounds, you should contact Money4machines before sending the item. Offers may be adjusted if the terms are breached. Offers may be withdrawn if damage is beyond standard repair
If we consider your machine to be functionally broken, we reserve the right to insist on return it at your cost.
If your machine is suffering more wear and tear than we deem general wear and tear we may make you another offer or return your machine. If the machine is in clear breach of the above definition that we deem an offer cannot be made then we will request postage and administration costs are covered for the return of the handset.
